Nissan Juke Nismo - the first of a range of Sporty Nismo cars
Nissan has revealed the Nissan Juke Nismo – a sportier take on the compact SUV – and has plans to produce Nismo cars across their range. Just so we’re clear: The Nissan Juke Nismo revealed this morning is nothing like the Juke/GT-R love child Juke-R madness we’ve reported recently; the Juke Nismo is much more mainstream. Probably best to think of Nismo as Nissan’s version of Infiniti’s IPL – a performance line of cars – to add a little more pizzaz and appeal to mainstream cars.

Let me guess…some fuel-guzzling, turbocharged behemoth? It might be a diesel, but yes, it’s still all of the above. Ths is VW’s new R50 and it’s the latest car from VW Individual, the same engineering group responsible for the Golf R32, Passat R36, and the Bluemotion range, including the Polo.
The Ford Focus ST will cost $24,495 when it arrives late this year including $795 in destination fees, if the spec sheet over at FordSTNation.com is to be believed. And we do, because that price is confirmed on Ford's consumer site. The Focus ST will come with Ford's EcoBoost 2.0-liter engine that will deliver 252 hp and 270 lb-ft of torque to the front wheels.
